Celebrating Carmella Hines

Carmella Hines deserves to be Elevated & Celebrated for so many reasons - her sense of humor, care for others, love of sneakers and most of all, her advocacy for and partnership with youth who have experienced out of home placement. Carmella is the primary supportive adult for the Youth Voice work group in QPI-MN. She has driven hundreds of miles to help Youth members participate in meetings and as panel presenters at conferences. Carmella has this great way of making sure when youth speak, the professionals are listening and know the call to action being made by the youth.
